I am now an 'Expert Author' on EzineArticles and a Wealthy Affiliate!

I have been working on increasing my visibility, especially via search engines and in the process I have discovered a whole new world of article marketing and linked to that, affiliate marketing.

It seems that the UK is way behind the USA on this front - people talk of SEO (search engine optimisation) but so far I have heard little said about article marketing or affiliate marketing.  Anyone can become an article marketeer or affiliate publisher.  It is like Google AdSense on steroids, you get paid when people click on your affiliate links and then purchase a product via your link(s).  If you can find good keywords and embed them in good articles that link to a good website or blog landing page and the landing page has your affiliate links on it, you can potentially start earning an income.

Of course like everything you need knowledge and you need skill, plus it takes a lot of hard work.  I am celebrating success today as one of the best article publishing web pages has awarded my hard work by upgrading my status to 'Expert Author'. This means my Ezine Articles get a higher profile and get published a lot more quickly.




I signed up to Wealthy Affiliate University to learn how to go about article marketing, to raise the profile of my website and as a spin off I am now also doing some affiliate marketing. It is early days yet but I have already learned a ton of useful information, that is helping me work with my clients, build my business profile and monetise my website.
